Money Match
Flip two cards at a time. Match each money word with its meaning. 3 rounds, beat the clock, and use as few flips as you can!
How to play
- Tap “Play”. Cards lie face down.
- Flip two cards at a time. Each card shows either a money word or its meaning.
- Match a word with its meaning, like “EMI” with “Monthly loan instalment”. Matched cards stay open; wrong pairs flip back.
- Clear three rounds: 4 pairs, then 5, then 6.
- The clock runs across all rounds, and every two cards you turn count as one flip.
How scoring works
You start at 1,000 points. You lose 6 points for each second and 15 points for each flip above 15, the fewest possible. Score 750 or more for three stars and 550 or more for two.
Example: finish in 60 seconds with 20 flips and you score 565, which is two stars. Take 90 seconds and 25 flips, and the score drops to 310.
What you’ll learn
The game uses 18 common money words. These include SIP, EMI, inflation, net worth, compounding, liquidity, premium, credit score, asset, liability, budget, nominee and co-pay.
Knowing these words makes bank forms, loan papers and insurance documents much easier to read.
Tips for a higher score
- Remember where each card sits, even after it flips back.
- Turn unknown cards first to learn the board quickly.
- Each new game picks a fresh mix of words, so read the meanings as you play.
- Say each word and meaning aloud when you match them. It helps you remember both.
