How to play

  1. Open the page. You get 5 questions for today, the same set for everyone.
  2. Pick an answer. The right answer lights up and a short explanation appears straight away.
  3. Tap “Next” and finish all 5 questions.
  4. See your score out of 5, with a green and red grid you can share with friends.
  5. Come back tomorrow. A countdown shows when the next quiz unlocks (it changes at midnight India time).

What you’ll learn

The quiz draws from 45 questions on everyday money ideas. Topics include compounding, inflation, budgeting, emergency funds, loans and EMIs, insurance basics, credit scores and spotting scams.

Every answer comes with a one-line reason, so even a wrong answer teaches you something.

Streaks and scores

  • Your streak grows by one for each day in a row you finish the quiz. Miss a day and it resets.
  • “Best” shows your longest streak so far.
  • Streaks are stored only in your own browser, on that device.

Tips for a higher score

  • Read every explanation, even when you are right. Questions come back in later cycles.
  • For maths questions, use quick rules like dividing 72 by a rate to estimate doubling time.
  • Play at the same time each day, like with morning tea, to protect your streak.
  • Want a longer challenge? Try the 15-question Financial IQ Test.

Questions people ask

Is it free? Do I need to sign up?

It is free, and there is no sign-up or login. Just open the page and play.

Can I play more than once a day?

No. Once you finish, the page shows today’s result until the next quiz unlocks. That keeps scores fair when you compare with friends.

Is it suitable for students and families?

Yes. The questions are simple and family-friendly. Younger children may enjoy it with a parent explaining the terms.
